As a technical manager, you will be the central link between technology, regulatory requirements, and operational management. You will ensure that the properties meet legal requirements, that the systems are updated, and that our contractors and managers have the technical support they need.

You will have a varied and dynamic everyday life where you work both strategically and operationally – with everything from system administration and technical advice to site visits at the properties. Here, you will have the space to influence, develop structures, and contribute to high quality throughout the management process.

• Ensure technical operation and compliance with regulations.
• Plan and follow up on maintenance and lead smaller technical projects.
• Drive and optimize technical systems and be responsible for operational data.
• Order and follow up on contractors together with other management colleagues.
• Provide technical support to management.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in technical management and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements, installations, and control and monitoring systems. You thrive in a role where you can combine analysis, structure, and practical technical work.

• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles within technical management.
• Post-secondary technical education is an advantage, along with technical certifications such as OVK or Energy Expert.
• Experience with technical systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
